2 Random Pics

Happy boy in the bathtub!

Logan has been teething for about 2 months now, getting his first tooth just before Thanksgiving. He is always trying to chew on something!

More First Foods (and a first tooth!)

Logan got his first tooth just before Thanksgiving. If you look really close, you can see it in this picture.
Green bean and cereal face.

I have such a happy boy! Yummy Momma!

I usually can't get it in his mouth fast enough. I was trying to feed him and take pictures at the same time so I had pictures of his little baby bird face!

It's supposed to stay in your mouth silly!

Logan's First Christmas Tree

Logan feel asleep in the truck on the way to the tree farm. He looks totally uncomfortable!

Logan and I next to the tree before Daddy cut it down.

Daddy working on cutting down the tree.
Lance and I have been going to Pederson's Tree Farm to get our tree every year for as long as we've been getting Christmas trees (7 or 8 years I would say). We trudge all the way to the very back of the tree farm to get to the trees that we like (Frasier Firs), and then Lance delights in dragging me through all the stumps as we make our was back to the truck with our tree. This year, the farm had someone on a quad with a trailer cruising around collecting people's trees and taking them back to the parking lot, so we took advantage of that, considering I was carrying Logan. It was so great to take Logan there to get our first family Christmas tree!

Logan's First Foods

Mmmm, sweet potatoes. Logan loves them!

Loves the baby cereal too.

Cereal face!!

Logan's first bite of baby cereal. He wasn't so thrilled with it the first day. He took a few bites and was done with it. The next day though, he gobbled it up and wanted some more. So far he's had baby cereal, bananas, peaches, sweet potatoes, avacado and green beans. Green beans and avacado seem to be his least favorite, but he still finishes everything I make for him! I'm hoping he continues to not be picky!

November Random Pics

Logan playing on the floor.

Kisses from the Sadie dog.

Logan started to be able to sit on his own at the beginning of November, though not very well. He sits on his own pretty well now.

Taking the big nap. I think it's so cute when he sleeps on his side (catching flies, of course).

Logan's first snow - Winthrop Early November

Overlooking Big Twin Lake from my grandparent's place.

Hooking up the trailer for the dreaded drive back over the pass (fortunately, it was an easy drive...no snow on the road).

A fawn in the yard.

Taking Logan out of the trailer and getting him into the truck (deer in the background).
Lance took the trailer over to Winthrop and parked it on my Grandparent's property in mid September so I could go back and forth for the duration of turnaround. By the time turnaround was over, we were already into November. We went to Winthrop on a Wednesday and decided to bring the trailer back the next day. We woke up in the morning to a couple inches of snow!

Johnny Jump Up

Logan LOVES his jumper. I am convinced that he could spend all day in it, aside from eating and sleeping (don't worry, I don't let him!).

It wasn't too long after Logan started using the jumper that he figured out that when you hold him, he can jump there too. No more standing still for this little guy!

Grandpa's birthday Oct. 25

We had a nice birthday party for Grandpa Carpenter (my dad). Grandpa decided to get down on the floor and play with Logan, and I was able to get a great picture.

Funny faces

My adorable little thumb sucker :-)

I have no idea what prompted this face, but it's hysterical!

Rolling Baby

Logan started rolling over on Monday! He rolls from his back to his belly. He's very funny, because he'll roll onto his tummy, get mad because he doesn't want to be there, so I flip him back over, and then he rolls to his tummy again. Silly baby!

Logan likes to watch the t.v. from his belly.

The more practice he gets the longer he tolerates staying on his tummy. He's such a busy little thing I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't take him too long to crawl.

The blanket he's laying on is my crib blanket.

The prelude to rolling over

Little finger sucker.

All rolled over, with a little help from Momma.

He was really good at rolling onto his side at this point.

Winthrop

My little charmer.
Logan really likes his bouncy seat.

I put Logan just outside the trailer while I was setting up. When I peeked outside to check on him, Sadie had set up shop right next to him. Just keeping track of her little person I suppose.

September

I like my Bumbo Mom!
A little tummy time pre-rolling over.

I do not see how that can possibly be comfortable.

Bath Time

My little wiggle worm.
A little fuzzy because yes, we were moving.

Love the naked baby!
